A truly special collaboration with Historic Royal Palaces, the independent charity that cares for several renowned historic sites across the UK, The Palaces Collection is a range of switches inspired by the opulence, artistry and heritage of royal interiors.

Following two years of exploration behind the scenes of historic treasures at Kensington Palace and Hampton Court Palace, the collection takes its inspiration from the architecture, interiors and gardens of the palaces; extracting the essence of a pattern, an artefact, a finish, switch, socket or light to create a collection that reflects the history and character of these beautiful spaces.

Behind the Design

Marrying elegant aesthetics and innovative technology, the panel-mounted plates are a faithful representation of original hardware and finishes found in the palaces. Handcrafted from solid brass, each piece echoes the grandeur of the palaces that inspired it: timeless in design, rich in story and quietly concealing state-of-the-art technology within. The state-of-the-art MagnaTec™ plate system dramatically simplifies installation whilst creating a truly flawless and screwless finish.

Available in three luxurious finishes, the collection is set to expand to incorporate additional exquisite precious metals: ‘King’s Gold’, inspired by Kensington Palace’s gilded Cupola Room, and ‘Old English Silver’, echoing the silver chandeliers of Hampton Court, plus the ever-popular Nickel. Together, they will bring a new level of opulence to the most distinguished interiors.
