You can return products that are not faulty, but you must inform us within 28 days of delivery. Here is what you need to do:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and which products you wish to return.
- Send your product back to us.
- We must receive the product back within 42 days of delivery (14 days after the initial 28 days).
- If the product is returned in the condition it was sent to you, we will refund you.
For items to be considered to be in the condition in which they were sent out, they must be returned unused and in a saleable condition complete with their original packaging and any promotional items associated to the purchase.
