This 6A dummy dimmer is commonly used on dimmer plates when the user does not want all of the switches to dim. By adding a dummy dimmer to a dimmer plate, all of the switches on will look the same, but instead of dimming, the dummy dimmer will just act as an on/off switch. It can also be used in conjunction with a dimming switch on a lighting circuit, but it will not dim. This RM-Grid Switch Module is compatible with both the RM and Dual (RM+CM) Grid Plates from the Soho Lighting switch and socket range. This allows you to make an extensive range of custom plates such as rocker and dimmer switch combinations, to fulfil almost every conceivable lighting or isolation switch requirement for your project. This RM module is not compatible with CM, EM, LT1, LT2 or LT3 Plates.
