Shipping and Return Policies

Basic Delivery Information

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. After credit approval, most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days. If the item is being dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer it may take up to 2 weeks to ship. After that, delivery can take from 1 to 7 business days depending on where you live. Please allow up to three weeks total for delivery of items. You can find items that are in stock and ship within 48 hours by clicking on the "ships in 48 hours" on the side menu.

Shipping and Handling

We offer FREE SHIPPING on Fedex orders over $99 within the Continental US! For an order under $99 in the Continental US, there is a $10 shipping fee. Freight orders or extra large bulky items that need to ship by carrier will incur additional charges - we will call you to confirm before placing your order. (freight charges are bases on qty, weight, size and destination and so are difficult to calculate in advance. Please call if you are placing an order outside the Continental US and we will advise you of the shipping charges to that destination.
 
 
Overnight or 2nd, 3rd Day Express or International Delivery
Express or International delivery is available for an additional charge. You should contact us via email at

Missing Parts or Broken Glass

From time to time glass will break during shipment or a part will be missing. Please contact us - we will try our very best to send you the replacement parts. In the rare instances that we do not have the parts we will make arrangements to either refund your money or replace the entire item for you.

Damaged Merchandise

We stand behind the products we sell.  We make every effort to pack items so they will arrive at your door safely. Despite our best efforts, sometimes breakage does occur. If you receive damaged merchandise we will replace it as quickly as possible. Be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery, and please keep all packing boxes and materials. Please inspect all products upon receipt. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 14 days after delivery. If an item arrives broken we will make arrangements to either refund or replace the item for you at our discretion. PLEASE CALL US PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR ITEM - WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION.

Cancellations or Buyers Remorse Returns

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact us the same day that you placed your order at help "at" soholighting.comMany orders ship the next day, so we need to know as soon as possible that you wish to cancel or have changes. If the items have already shipped than we ask that you incur the shipping cost of returning the item to us up to a usual maximum of $30. (oversized items and those shipping by freight are more) As of January 01, 2009 we also have begun charging a 25% restocking fee on all buyers remorse returns. We will accept returns for 14 days after your date of purchase. PLEASE CALL US PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR ITEM - WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION. Custom orders, large contract jobs (over $1500) and parts cannot be returned. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 14 days of after delivery.   Please note that the delivery date is the date of which UPS/Fedex drop off the package at the address specified on your order. We cannot be responsible if you did not know or were not around to accept or open the package.
 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped your account page will be updated with the tracking number. You can track your package by logging into your account. Allow up to 3 weeks for delivery and please refrain from contacting us every 5 minutes for updates.

 

Out of Stock Items

While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, it does very rarely happen that we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an e-mail update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it.
 
Please note that if we err and accidentally ship you extra product we will send your prepaid return labels in order to return the product. We ask that you cooperate with us in getting the extra merchandise returned. It is our policy that we will charge your card if we do not receive this cooperation.
